  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Recommended base ingredients:

  • Spinach mild flavor, packed with nutrients
  • Kale robust green with high mineral content
  • Ripe bananas natural sweetener and thickener
  • Frozen fruits mango chunks, pineapple pieces, mixed berry blends, peach slices
  • Liquid bases almond milk, coconut water, Greek yogurt

Instructions
