Ingredients
  

  • Dark chocolate chips 70% cacao or higher
  • Full-fat coconut milk
  • Maple syrup
  • Pure vanilla extract optional
  • Vegan condensed milk optional

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper
  • Melt the dark chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave
  • Stir in coconut milk and maple syrup until smooth
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm
  • Cut into small squares to serve

  • Keeps for up to two weeks in the refrigerator
